RETURNS AND SWAPS
We accept returns and swaps.
Contact us within 5 days post-reception of your delivery.
Send the items back to the address written on your parcel, up to 7 days after reception.is.
We don’t accept order cancellations or refunds (a credit can be offered).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN’T BE RETURNED OR SWAPED :
Considering the nature of some items and unless they get damaged prior to reception, we can’t accept returns or swaps for the following :
- Tailored and personalized orders
- Intimate articles (for health and hygiene reasons)
Shipping fees will be supported by the client.
If the item is returned damaged, all value loss will be supported by the client.
