What is Just-in-time production?

MUJO is a young company in full growth and we privilege the slow-living and slow-fashion. At the moment, each item is hand made by local families in our workshop in Bali. In order to make sure that we produce only what will be sold and to avoid over-production, we therefore produce in very small quantities according to the orders received, which explains the delays in our delivery (3 to 4 weeks).

It usually takes several steps to get the perfect MUJO item ready to ship. After a long process, it is delivered to our shipping office in Ubud, Bali, and then processed by Niki, our shipping project manager, before being shipped to you.

How to take good care of my MUJO BALI Jumpsuit:

It is recommended to wash your MUJO BALI Jumpsuit by hand with a mild natural soap. Avoid rubbing which could give an "aged" look to the garment. It has a tendency to wrinkle slightly but does not need ironing if it is laid out properly when drying.

For your Tencel items, it is so light that you can hang it to dry and the humidity will give it back its elegance. Don't hesitate to hang it up when you take your shower.

For your bamboo items, as it is a fiber that absorbs a lot of water, therefore heavy when wet, flat drying is recommended to avoid stretching the fiber. Avoid any bleach.

How do I transport my BALI Jumpsuit in my suitcase?

Roll up your garment. Undo all buttons and/or straps, fold the garment over itself at the crotch and then fold it to form a rectangle and fold it one last time lengthwise. Roll the whole thing towards the shoulder straps and use the straps to tie your garment.

How do I track my MUJO order?

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Please note that there may be a delay of 24 to 48 hours before your order appears in our shipping system.

The item I bought is damaged, what should I do?

At MUJO, we inspect ALL garments before shipping them to you. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service department isabelle@mymujo.com, so that our team can arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective item as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receipt of the garment. Please include a photo to show us the problem.


Are returns free?

The shipping costs incurred to return the item(s) to MUJO for credit or exchange are at your expense. For more questions, please send an e-mail to isabelle@mymujo.com. Please see our shipping section for full details. 

Why am I returning my item to Canada if you shipped from Indonesia?

Returns are very complicated in Indonesia. We prefer to route returns or exchanges directly from our Montreal office or we will issue a credit for our online store when necessary.
